Therapeutic Massage

Rocks

Therapeutic Massage is an effective therapy geared toward the relief of chronic pain and healing of the body.  It addresses the body holistically by dealing with the physical, mental, and emotional state of the person.  It uses various techniques to rid the body of the long-term or chronic issues.  The target tissues may include

  • Muscles
  • Tendons
  • Ligaments
  • Fascia
  • Skin
  • Joints
  • Lymphatic System
  • Organs within the body

The benefits of therapeutic massage are numerous and can be very effective in:

  • Injury
  • Rehabilitation
  • Repetitive Movements
  • Overall Wellness

Therapeutic massage will bring balance and wholeness to the body.  It has been found to enhance general health and well-being from infancy to old age.

Mary impressed me from the start with her professional manner, her mastery of her field, and her firm hands. She is amazing in a variety of massage techniques, from scalp and spine to reflexology (the soles of the feet) to deep tissue massage and more.

While I often pay attention to my breath and posture as a way of relieving muscle stress, there is a sense of community in letting a professional dig into your stress and push the release buttons that let it melt away. I am happy to refer anyone, anyone at all, to put themselves in Mary’s hands for an hour.

If you have issues about your body or your personal space, please consider my observation that Mary is completely wonderful and sensitive to the feelings of her clients, and her professional integrity will shine through to relieve that worry too, as her hands relieve the other worries we carry in our muscles. -Ted Bonarski
